Who are we?

Resilience Solutions Ltd is an independent consultancy practice, specialising in providing bespoke business continuity solutions to both the public and private sectors.  Working with a network of experienced consultants we can design and deliver both simple and complex projects to time and to budget.

The Principal Consultant, John Matthews MBCI, has 14 years of experience  within the IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management (BCM) industries.  We only use associates with equivalent levels of experience to ensure that our clients benefit from access to the latest good practice, including all relevant guidelines and standards, such as the British Standard BS25999.

What makes us different?

At the risk of appearing negative, the best way to describe this is by saying what we don't do.  The things below are central to our approach to client engagements.

We don't do:

• Jargon - RPOs, RPOs, BIAs - if we have to use terms like these, we always explain what we mean;

• One size fits all - If you only need a Mini, we won't try to sell you a Rolls Royce;

• Tell you things you already know - we will tell you lots of things you don't;

• Project creep - we work on fixed price, fixed time - every time;

• Complexity - judge our deliverables by quality, not by weight - we do.

In the interests of balance, we should probably also tell you some of the things we do. 

We do:

• Work with you to find out where you want to get to;

• Tell you if we think you're asking us for something you don't need;

• Agree with you exactly how we will measure success;

• Add extra value wherever we can;

• Seek to become valued and trusted advisors.
